What is a case review? |
||
Adur & Worthing PoliceGood Afternoon Resident, If you've reported anti-social behaviour (ASB) multiple times and feel the issue hasn't been resolved, you may be able to request a case review. A case review gives victims of persistent anti-social behaviour the opportunity to ask for their case to be reviewed by local agencies. The review brings together organisations such as: • Police • Local authorities • Housing providers • Other relevant partner agencies Together, they look at the action already taken, assess whether anything more can be done and identify additional ways to support those affected. A case review is designed to ensure that victims are heard and that agencies are working together to address ongoing issues. It is important to remember that an ASB case review is not a complaints process. It is a way of reviewing how agencies have responded to reports of anti-social behaviour and whether further action or support may be appropriate. If you are experiencing persistent anti-social behaviour, continue to report every incident. Reporting helps agencies build a clear picture of what is happening and can be vital if a case review is requested. You can report ASB to us online: https://orlo.uk/Ckd26.
